These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 247Coach ("we", "us", or "our") — a software platform that helps independent coaches build, deliver, and monetise structured coaching programs. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
247Coach is designed for independent coaches, trainers, consultants, and educators who create and deliver non-clinical educational programs. You may use 247Coach if you:
247Coach is not suitable for medical, clinical, therapeutic, or any regulated healthcare practice. By using the platform, you confirm you are not providing regulated health services through it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@frameworkos.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts for, or on behalf of, others without their consent.
247Coach is offered on a subscription basis. After your free trial period, a recurring fee applies as described on our pricing page. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
A transaction fee applies to payments you collect from your clients through the platform. The current rate is displayed on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on 247Coach — including programs, modules, lessons, images, and files ("Your Content").
By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver Your Content to the users you authorise, solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share Your Content with third parties for their own purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful material.
When you invite clients to your 247Coach-powered app, you are acting as a data controller in relation to their personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their data and for providing them with appropriate privacy information.
We act as your data processor for client data. Our Data Processing obligations are described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use 247Coach to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice in serious cases.
247Coach, its design, software, and all associated intellectual property remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
We aim to keep 247Coach available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For significant changes that materially affect your use, we will give at least 30 days' notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247Coach is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
On termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You can export your content before cancelling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of 247Coach after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
